An Important Notice for the Accepted Students for 2012/2013 – 1433/1434 H

Re: Visas and Tickets

Some of the brothers who have been accepted have ticket bookings coming up and they are still processing their paper work and visa.

Please be aware that this is okay and normal. The university makes a default booking for you and doesn’t know that the Embassies from various countries may take time to process visas, etc.

The norm is that we re-book the tickets for you.

Therefore – please be advised that we need ALL accepted students to contact us by Monday, September 17, 2012 at: Admin@MadinahStudents.com and give us an update regarding their visa status.

If they did not receive a Visa and need to re-book their ticket or that they got the visa and we can arrange their transportation to be picked up at the airport.
