Solution: Problems with Enjaz

Bismillah

Most people submitting their visa application have a common problem filling out the Enjaz form on their own.

If that is the case, we recommended that you contact a visa office that is registered with Enjaz to do the form for you. Find the closest office to you by checking the link below.

http://www.saudiembassy.net/services/visa_offices_registered_with_enjaz.aspx

NOTE:They do not do this for free and the fee is nominal insha’Allah.

I recommend Abriggs as they are stationed close to the Saudi Embassy, and they do Saudi visas on a regular basic.

Also, send them your certified transcripts with your package, they didn’t request for them but they ended up emailing after me 2 days saying they wanted them.

I had my Enjaz processed through a Visa agency called Travisa, which a current student at Madinah recommended to me. The fee is usually below $40 and they finish all the work within a 24-hour period and send about three to four documents to your e-mail right away. Also, their customer service is very good! All you have to do is fill out the form on their site and the rest is up to them. The link is: . This should be of great help In Shaa Allaah.

    Assalamu Alaikum,

I was hoping you could clarify what this enjaz thing is. I would love to be able to do it on my own if possible- must it be done at the listed locations? I live in Chicago, so it would be great if I didn’t have to mail something all the way to the east coast.

What is this enjaz thing anyway?

Enjaz is the e system for applying for a Saudi visa. You can try to do it on your own but it does not work out in most cases.

We had stated in our first post to the new students….

      10. Log on to https://enjazit.com.sa/ . Click on “Apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom by individuals.” Complete the online request for an Employment visa. It is important to record the request number on the application and present it to the Consulate. Guideline for enjaz online application.

This is taken from their website,

      Enjaz information technology company
Enjaz is a pioneer Saudi company in the field of providing , facilitating and linking Data processing vie the internet. It is distinguished by being the link between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the public, through provision of electronic transactions by providing Data processing services for these transactions through a unified site on the internet and can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Through this simplified site individuals and concerned authorities can enter the required data to complete various transactions according to the application forms and procedures, they can access the site from their work place or homes conveniently and make the payments for data processing. The site then processes the transaction data input and send it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regulation site to complete the procedures. Then provide the applicant with a follow-up number to review the result of the transaction in the Ministry or their representatives.

The goal of Enjaz information technology company is to provide an advance services in an convenient and easier way for the public keeping up with the developments in the field of the electronic government in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

No there is not. To apply just have your doctor write a letter saying that you are healthy and are physically fit to study.

Those are the guidelines I followed when obtaining my visa last year, Alhamdulilah. I had 3 copies of that medical form filled out completely and stamped by the medical practice. Allahu Alim, I don’t know if those guidelines must be followed (as the brother above mentioned all you need is a doctor’s letter) but I definitely recommend doing your best to not give anyone an excuse to refuse your paperwork insha’Allah. May Allah make it easy and JazakumAllahukhairan to all the brothers’ helping out.

Also, as brother Gabriel mentioned Travisa above, that is what I used as well to deal with the Enjazit issue. It worked out very smoothly, Alhamdulilah.

The doctor’s letter is for the person who is applying, not the one who is already accepted and is trying to get a visa.

To apply, one has to show a doctor’s letter stating that he is in proper shape to be considered as a student.

Once a person is accepted he must fill out the medical report from the Saudi Embassy website to obtain the visa.
