Alhamdulillah the Visa Numbers have been released to the Consulates as well as the Embassy – You can access your Visa Number the way we have described on this link: http://madinahstudents.com/2011/12/important-for-accepted-students-final-departure-visa-information/
After finally gathering all of the appropriate documents, the newly accepted students are now ready to submit their documents to the Saudi embassy so as to process their visas. The process is as follows:
- Click on the following link to access the Visa Search from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/%5CSrhVisa.asp
- Enter the appropriate visa number as provided online by the university into the field entitled VISA NUMBER.
- Enter the following digits into the field entitled ID NUMBER: 7000945068
- Click SEARCH.
- A page should load immediately thereafter, containing important information related to the visa. This page is called the VISA SLIP.
- Save a digital and hard copy of the visa slip, and include it with the visa application package that is to be submitted to the embassy for visa processing.
- *The university’s ID NUMBER for this year as provided above is supposed to be universal – thus, students from all over the world can use it to access their visa slip insha-Allah. The VISA NUMBER will differ from country to country.
Difference between Processing through the Consulates and the Embassy
NOTE: Please be aware that the process for turning in your paper work differs between the Consulates and the Embassy.
Those whom are waiting for the Embassy – they’re requiring the University to send a letter to them. This letter is being sent to them and we ask that you please remain patient and not get over anxious. We are working with the administration to send this letter to them so please bear with the system.
Those whom are contacting the Consulates, follow the directions they give you to complete your paperwork.
Final Step: Email us once you have received them and we will guide you to the final preparatory steps

You have to check with the embassy if they have your visa since you were accepted last year, you do not have a profile with the newly accepted students.

Just a note to everybody, the site’s servers are jam packed and so you might need to log on late or whenever the peak hours are out in Saudi.

As salamu aleykum, the renewing your visa option is not working at the universitys website. Is there a reason for that? And lets say someone would miss the visa deadline at the embassy. How long would it take for djamia to issue a new visa?

It depends. Sometimes they never issue a new visa. Sometimes it takes up to a semester or even a year.

AsSalaamuAlaikum wa rukmatulla,
Please let the accepted students know that if they have ALL there REQUIRED paper work they do not have to wait for that letter or even talk to nisren, shes not a real factor. They can just go str8 to the embassy by the drop off time; anytime in the am before 1030, an can pick it up the next day inshaaAllah. All praise is due to Allah i did this process an was able to get a 5 year student visa an inshaaAllah will be ready to board the plane this sat. If the students dont know of this asap they may miss there flight an delay the whole process an lead to buying a new plane ticket that may not even be provided for by the university.
Just wanting for my brothers in islam what i would want for myself an not leave any info for myself.
