The author, Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al A’baad Al Badr, is the most senior teacher in the Islamic University of Madinah. He has been teaching in the university for 50 years. He gave the first ever class when the university first opened its doors in 1381/1961. He has been teaching there since. He wrote this book due to the growing trend among some observant Muslims of abusing their fellow brothers and sisters. This is a dangerous trend and one especially pertinent to the students of sacred knowledge.
